Here are some of the questions that we get asked by clients planning thier wedding:-

Q : Do we get to meet our cameraman?

A : Your cameraman and contact from the initial meeting to the delivery of your finished production will be Roger Giles. We do use a freelance cameraman to shoot second camera on the Platinum Package. Again this cameraman has years of experience in news and documentary assuring you quality memorable footage.

Q : Do we have a say in how our day is filmed and edited?

A : Yes. We strive to make each wedding unique and it is with your help and input we are able to do this.

Q : How long is our DVD?

A : The run time on your finished DVD depends on what is to be shot on the day. The 8estman's speech set for 10 minutes may turn into 30, civil ceremony verses church service and shooting preparations in the morning all have a governing factor. Our shortest edit has been 1 hour to the longest being 2 hours 30 minutes.

Q : How long is the cameraman there?

A : During our initial meetings we will agree on how long the cameraman will be there. There is no set time as we know things can slip even with the most organised wedding day. They will not leave until they're happy knowing you'll be happy and "everything in the can".

Q : How long do we wait for our finished DVD?

A : Normally 6 to 8 weeks. However this can slip, please bear in mind that this is an artistic process and each wedding is unique. We will have hours of footage to go through before planning and producing the finished product. We would rather take longer and get it right!

Q : Are there any hidden charges?

A : No. Our initial meetings will provide information on changes but once a booking is made there will be no increases. Mileage charges are incorporated in the price to a distance of 50 miles radius. Unlike some contracts the cameramen do not require a meal, as this is a time when they can recharge batteries for equipment and self ready for the next stage of filming.

Q : Can we choose our own music?

A : Yes. In line with Copyright laws, we can arrange the ECl licence to cover your church service and additional music of your choice used throughout the production.
